Remember the two Ford Rangers that came into the workshop?

One had an engine with no compression, so a full engine swap was required.

After a huge job behind the scenes, this Ranger is now up and running, driving well, and back to doing what it’s meant to do.

If your vehicle isn’t running as it should — or you’ve got a big job that needs experienced hands — RPG Hire and Mechanical is ready to help.

🎄 We’ll be open over the Christmas holiday period, so if you need repairs, inspections, or peace of mind before heading away, get in touch.

We received a review from a client who hired our digger and our “know-how” to prepare his backyard for a concrete job.

With hardly any room to move, we got in there, handled the tricky angles, and smashed it out clean.

When you hire from RPG Hire & Mechanical, you’re not just getting a machine — you’re getting the skill and experience to make sure the job gets done properly.

Cheers to the legend who sent through the review!

Don’t guess it — get it done right.

We recently had a very rare Toyota TRD Aurion in the workshop — a true unicorn and a treat for any performance enthusiast.

This vehicle came in with a leaking driver’s front CV boot and a noisy CV shaft bearing, both of which required prompt attention to prevent further drivetrain damage. We replaced the driver’s front CV shaft to restore smooth, reliable operation.

While in the workshop, we also carried out a front brake pad replacement to ensure strong, consistent stopping performance.

Additionally, the torque mount for the supercharger was replaced. The original mount bushes were worn, allowing excess engine movement under load. Renewing the mount helps maintain stability, protects components, and keeps the supercharged system operating as intended.

A rare vehicle, treated with the care it deserves — now back to performing at its best.

If your vehicle needs diagnostics, repairs, or routine maintenance, our team is here to help. Feel free to get in touch anytime.

We’re open over Christmas to support our community and ensure your vehicle is holiday safe.
