🔧 Another diagnosis completed at MIAT 🔧

This Toyota HiAce came in with a no-start condition after a battery replacement.

Carried out full diagnosis and found the main fusible link had blown. After checking the system thoroughly, confirmed there were no short circuits in the vehicle.

✅ Fault diagnosed and confirmed
✅ Main fusible link replaced
✅ Vehicle starting and operating normally again

Customer had replaced the battery themselves ,sometimes DIY repairs can end up costing more 🙂😊

This Nissan Patrol WRGY60 came in with an intermittent issue where the audio unit kept restarting randomly. After carrying out a detailed diagnosis, we found the alternator was intermittently overcharging for a few seconds at a time, causing voltage spikes through the system.

✅ Fault diagnosed and confirmed
✅ Alternator replaced
✅ System tested and operating normally
✅ Problem solved — happy customer! 😊

Toyota Prado 95 Series – Back on the Road!

Customer brought in a 95 Series Prado with an engine warning light on and the vehicle going to limp mode.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) 41 pointed to a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) malfunction.

Identified the issue, carried out the necessary repairs, and had the Prado running smoothly again.

Problem found. Problem solved.
