Since its inception by Brook Henry, Vee Two has been highly regarded as one of the most sought after and effective after-market performance enhancers for Ducati Motorcycles. The products listed here are the result of many years of research and development which along the way have led to a World BEARS title, wins at Daytona and numerous other prestigious race and series wins across Europe

All Vee Two products are far more than replacement parts. Vee Two completely redesigns and manufactures parts for Ducatis using current metallurgy and the latest state-of-the-art CNC machines. Vee Two parts have finer tolerances, improved materials and offer far greater performance parameters as well as being longer lasting, more durable, and competitively priced. That’s some damm fine engineering 🤠

Our first Electric Start gears are together and being hand-spun through their movements.

It might look simple, but this is an important step — we needed to test these first gears together and make sure everything fits and runs as it should.

Next step: getting them inside the cover and connected to the starter motor.

Then we’re getting closer to putting them on the bikes.

First production run will suit:

750 Round Case
860 Square Case
900 Square Case Bosch

The idea is simple:

No more worrying about stalling at the lights.
No more thinking twice about stopping and starting.
Save those dodgey knees.

Just ride your bevel more!!

A small batch of Vee Two Desmo camshafts are getting their finishing touches on the grinder before heading off for heat treating.

These are V2-03-053 and V2-03-054 — a matched set designed to suit all Ducati bevel twins from 750 through to Mille.

These aren’t just cams designed to make peak power.

Vee Two develops and tests its camshaft designs using a purpose-built Eddy Current Dyno, then puts them through their paces in our worldwide race program before making them available to customers.

The result is a cam designed to deliver more power and torque, while keeping the engine tractable and streetable.

Traffic. Open roads. Mountain roads. Track.

The Desmo operation lets us extract more from the engine without losing the characteristics that make a bevel twin enjoyable to ride.

And precision matters.

These cams are manufactured from 17 CRMON16 chrome molybdenum, high core strength steel, then case hardened to Rockwell 62/64 — significantly harder than the original cams at 56/58.

Designed. Tested. Manufactured. Proven.

That’s Vee Two R&D.

This is a small batch and they’re already moving through production.

Vee Two has always been about R&D.

And at the heart of that is Brook’s obsession with engineering.

It’s probably one of the biggest reasons the Vee Two name has lasted nearly 50 years.

We don’t just make a part and put it on the shelf.

We design it. Test it. Run it. Break it. Improve it.

Our camshafts are a good example.

They’re one of our premier products and are sought after because they’ve proven themselves where it matters — both on the track and on the street.

Vee Two Australia’s R&D program uses a purpose-built Eddy Current Dyno to test our camshaft designs.

Once a design has been developed and tested, it goes into our worldwide race program as well as being offered to Vee Two customers.

But race performance is only half the story.

We understand that a road-going Ducati needs to be enjoyable to ride.

Our Desmo camshafts have been developed to increase power and torque while maintaining the tractability and streetability these bikes need.

Traffic.

🟢 12 months later… we’re making cams again!!

What you’re looking at: 3-axis machining centre with a 2-axis CNC Nikken tilting rotary table.

These are V2-03-053 and V2-03-054 — Vee Two designed Desmo camshafts for street and track, suitable for all Ducati bevel twins from 750 through to Mille.

Made in house and send them out for heat treatment

Vee Two are the only company in the world, other than the Ducati Factory, commercially manufacturing our own design Desmo cams.

🔵 That was as satisfying as it looks ⚙️

We are getting thru the workshop backlog of restorations so we can shift our focus a little in the coming years to more manufacturing for Ducati V Twin Bevels. Making the performance parts we are known for.. and a few new ones the market needs too! 🫡 Stay tuned!

This cylinder head was one of the last things to complete for the 750 Sport that we are sending off our work bench and back to its home real soon!
