🟢 12 months later… we’re making cams again!!

What you’re looking at: 3-axis machining centre with a 2-axis CNC Nikken tilting rotary table.

These are V2-03-053 and V2-03-054 — Vee Two designed Desmo camshafts for street and track, suitable for all Ducati bevel twins from 750 through to Mille.

Made in house and send them out for heat treatment

Vee Two are the only company in the world, other than the Ducati Factory, commercially manufacturing our own design Desmo cams.

🔵 That was as satisfying as it looks ⚙️

We are getting thru the workshop backlog of restorations so we can shift our focus a little in the coming years to more manufacturing for Ducati V Twin Bevels. Making the performance parts we are known for.. and a few new ones the market needs too! 🫡 Stay tuned!

This cylinder head was one of the last things to complete for the 750 Sport that we are sending off our work bench and back to its home real soon!

We are happy to announce after multiple messages and feedback that we will keep the top cover of the electric start blank.

We’ll have a subtle Vee Two - E Scatto cover for the smaller cover. Will be optional for round case, but included with square case (due to design).

In this video Brook is fitting the starter motor onto a square case.

Vee Two Electric Starts.

We promised we’d share the updates with the Vee Two community here first — so here we go.

The covers for the first 10 kits are now finished, and we’re sourcing the remaining electrical and sundry components to complete them.

At the same time, the gear teeth are being machined and we’re even kicking around ideas for a name to go on the cover.

Once machining is wrapped up, the first 10 will head out the door and out in the traffic we will roll into the next batch.

At this stage, the first production run will be limited to 50 units.

Another one moving through the workshop.

This customer’s Ducati 860 GT is next in line as we work our way through the restoration backlog.

It arrived needing plenty of attention and, while it’s apart, it’ll also become one of the first bikes fitted with our new E Scatto electric start.

We’ll keep sharing the progress as it comes together.
