Getting quite a serious job done on this 924G loader.

The machine had a coolant leak from the front timing cover. Unfortunately this means it’s a full front engine strip to repair the gasket.

All back up and running again in time for harvest

Once again we find ourselves getting the tricky jobs done.
Evaporator/ heater core replacement on a VU S pack supercharged Ute.
Definitely a tedious job but we enjoy the challenge, all back together and fully functional 💪 👌

Interesting one tonight.

Customer has broken their original lights nocking material when tipping. They want to protect their new lights and not let them meet the same fate. We came up with the idea to rubber mount them. Some fabricated brackets and conveyor rubber will sort that out 👌

Just a quick tech tip with newer Toyota retaining clips.
They are a wonderful thing. Just don’t forget to reset them. I see this quite a lot and then the clips will eventually be lost.
