Moruya Jockey Club is behind local trainer Lauren Davies in her bid to get Sir Franklin into this year's $2m Kosciuszko. Sir Franklin will be running at Rosehill in 3 weeks prior to hitting the Kosciuszko 3rd up. Great Day at the Moruya Jockey Club on Friday at the Tuross / Bodalla Race Day. Congratulations to Thoroughbred Park Trainer Rob Potter Potter Racing and his Owners in winning the Club Tuross Tuross Cup with Tavolo. It was great to see the Cup filled with Carlton and in full use almost immediately after the presentations.

Congratulations to local Trainer Michael Gatty in obtaining a winning double at the Tuross / Bodalla Race Day at Moruya Jockey Club last Friday. Michael won the longest race of the day with Peruno in winning the Mal Gilham Building and Design Benchmark 58 Handicap over 2010m. Then in the last race of the day Mike made it a winning double with Selhurst Park, winning the Rixon's Buses Country Boosted Benchmark 58 over 1210m.
