what an incredible weekend of sun on the murray!
with a incredible field of unlimited displacements, 6litres, X100 and more it was definitely challenging for us at the start.
friday hot laps didn’t go quite as planned for us, straight back to the pits to fix what was wrong
and by saturday we were on a roll with our setup.

BNR brought home 4 firsts and 3 seconds:
- NDC heats: 1st, 2nd
- NDC B Main Final: 1st
- KH heat 3: 1st, Final: 2nd
- SGC heat 2: 1st, Final: 2nd

we would like to thank all of our sponsors for your support- we couldn’t do this without you!
massive shoutout to all of our crew that worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly .
michael, dave, blair, jayden, john, mark, james and the ramsey crew for extra pairs of hands 🔧
just like to say thank you to tracy for putting up with the amount of hours i spend on these boats and not with the family.

to the ramseys who i am very lucky to be providing engines for.

DESTINY absolutely crushed it with 5 first-place finishes and 2 seconds:
- NDC heats: 2nd, 1st
- NDC A Main Final: 1st
- KH heats: 2nd, Final 1st
- SGC heats and Final: 1st, 1st

LAY IT ON with 2 firsts, 3 seconds, 1 third, and a DNS:
- NDC heats: 2nd, 2nd
- NDC A Main Final: 2nd
- KH heat 1: 1st, Final: 3rd
- SGC heat 1: 1st, Final: DNS

huge congratulations to tate for taking the win for the third year in a row of the national drivers championship🥇

a massive well done to cut cat racing ,rastus , bruder, excalibur and always pumping for the great racing aswell!

we have struggled over these past few race meetings to get the boat to where it needs to be, and now we feel like we have a race boat that i can feel confortable driving and to be neat and tidy.

we are proud of every racer for their dedication and fierce competition, the results speak volumes,
some surprises coming in which we are keen to talk about soon as we are looking forward for the next meet in adelaide SA
thank you to mother nature for three beautiful days in the sun 🥵

thank you to all the photographers for the photos

lets keep the momentum going.

Lots going on in the workshop lately I’m trying to catch up with work working massive hours and weeks on end to keep all my customers happy (well trying to 🤯)
We have decided to move the dyno out of the container into a new facility supplied buy a great friend Grant Harrison , it was always the plan with grant and keith helping to do a joint aventure between all of us in time , now is the time to do this ( dyno will be out for aprox 3–4 months )
Pics later when finished . Doing some upgrades as well as the dyno has not really had any issues for over 18 years it’s finally needs some love ❤️ new data and control units to control our big engines better and more consistently is needed now .

we headed down to the for round three of the .championship , and while it didn’t all go to plan it was one of those weekends that tested us, and proved to us why we love this sport.

friday:
friday kicked off with the perfect weather and high hopes but unfortunately the heavy rain 24 hours earlier impacted with river with logs and debris throughout the day.
it was a tough call but necessary as the HOT LAPS were cancelled for the day. thank you to the club for coming up with a plan to save our weekend for racing to continue 👏

saturday:
miraculously, the river cleared up overnight and by sat morning, it looked ready to race. we made the decision to not race and to wait a little longer so us and the boat wouldn’t get hurt. but by 2-3pm we had enough just watching - lay it on, destiny and bnr got ready to gear up and enjoy a practice on saturday afternoon.

sunday:
we went into sunday feeling prepared after saturday’s late session

BNR ENGINES: in heat 1B against turn it up, decision and the real culprit we took a hard turn on the first corner making us come last place in that heat. as that shuffled us around a bit in our second heat 2B against turn it up, lay it on and tuff e nuff, we found that the crank trigger had water in it from our past 360 the race before making our boat limited to only 6000 revs. we made it into the C-MAIN FINAL with ravage, the real culprit and tuff e nuff which we were hit with bad water. we are taking this time to reflect and make changes

LAYITON:
heat 1A- first place
heat 2B- first place
AMAIN FINAL- first place
king of the river- second place

DESTINY:
heat 1C- first place
heat 2 first place
AMAIN FINAL- forth place
