442 ECU

What are you seeing ? The dizzy has a hall sensor in it and will flash red just before top dead centre on the compression stroke. This is telling the ECU where it is so it can fire each injector just before the valve opens.. making it sequentially injected. What a huge difference for an engine designed in the 1950s , ironically it was designed during the fuel crisis to save money, and in the modern age we are maximising its smaller displacement to give it the best economy it can with even more power !
