A very busy few days of work including broken alternator replacement on a 3 series Scania, a couple of services, kenworth road ranger clutch replacement, front axle brake reline on a canter, CV shaft and trailer plug wiring on a Landcruiser, and started disassembling this John Deere ready for a clutch replacement once parts arrive! A very long 2 days, starting with replacing a cracked timing cover/ flywheel housing and thermostats on this well maintained r500, working right through the night to ensure the customer can keep doing the deliveries this morning, then replaced a leaking drive axle airbag on site for another Scania tipper, removed and fully overhauled a ringfeder unit for a Volvo tipper and then replaced a faulty APS unit on another Scania. All jobs performed on site from big repairs to rebuilds to servicing and maintenance! Give us a call 🔧

Gear linkage issues on this Volvo rectified with new shaft pivot bushes, wiring fixed for the customers trailer and a quick grease up prior to tonight’s return to work.
Scania rear axle full brake overhaul, inspected the caliper slider condition too followed by front axle kingpins to get rid of the excessive wear.
Fuel tank then dropped and drained, lines cleaned out and fresh fuel on this 2020 Chevy Silverado after a bad batch of fuel stopped it from running, between 15-20 litres of water in the 130 litre tank! Inspected, diagnosed and stripped this collapsed hub assembly and ordered new bearings on this dingo mover this morning helping to keep the customer operating, the manufacturer doesn’t return from holidays until the 16th so we’re helping reduce the machine downtime 🔧 for any enquiries please let us know.

Nice little job this evening to strip and check over the driveline including cleaning and repacking the bearings with grease prior to this customers 12 month Australia lap, supplied, pre-greased and vacuum sealed a spare set of bearings to keep tucked away for emergency!
