From a bare shell and engine block 13 days ago to a complete car with a new suspension and engine package… its days like today that make all the stress worth it with the grout filled RB30DET Neo pumping out over 600kw

Big thanks to PROboost Performance Autoworks for the perfect tune up as always and CP Performance for the last minute lend of the hub dyno after struggling to keep it strapped down on the rollers, you two look quite cute together in a little Japanese car👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Haven’t posted in a while so here’s a stout little 25 I finished up last Christmas

Forged, Kelford cams, billet pump gears, oiling mods, PROboost Performance Autoworks extended/baffled sump, 6boost/PSR hot side and a host of other goodies supplied to put a smile on the customers face

1jz drift car in for a set of kelford 264/272 cams, valve springs, HKS cam gears, belt and billet tensioner to suit!

Re-shimming of the head was required and cams were dialled-in to kelford specs.

Off to Racewire Tasmania now for a motec ecu upgrade.

What do you do when Daniel from PROboost Performance Autoworks rings you on Friday telling you your test mule RB25 engine with standard 240,000ks old pistons have finally let go at 500kw after a few years of abuse? (no surprise) you spend the weekend building a forged 25/30…

After struggling to keep it strapped down on the dyno with the new engine combo we’ve got a peak of 516kw and 917nm .. this should be more than enough to party at this weekends Island State Drift event!
