You may have noticed the Team Green Racing page has been very quiet lately, the good news is the team has been anything but quiet in the workshop!

Freddy is set to make his return to the Pro Dirt late model series next Saturday night at Ellenbrook Speedway 🏁

BACK IN THE SADDLE!

After some time out of the seat, it is great to see that Freddy Kinsella will be back aboard the Team Green Racing machine this season and ready to contest the full Pro Dirt Series!

“We are so thrilled to be back” says Freddy. “With a whole year out of the seat before the Winter Series round, we have completely rebuilt and updated our Rocket XR1 and are ready to go!”

Indeed, Freddy took the machine to victory at Ellenbrook in the final round of the Winter Series recently, something he is thankful to team owner Craig for.

“Craig let me cut some laps in his car to help me try and get my eye back in” says Freddy. “It went well and now I’m looking to the new season where I want to pull off a win and be at the pointy end!”

Indeed, Freddy has been taking his preparation for the new season seriously, working hard on his fitness and dropping around 30kg since he last raced full time!

It turns out not everyone enjoyed Albany... unfortunately after such an awesome 2 nights, sadly the Big Vic didn't have one more round in her 😓 but that didn't stop Freddy, along with his trusty side kick he has spent the week swapping in the Crate motor to give it one last crack tonight at Perth Motorplex 💚🏁

Wow! What a way to round off a weekend of top quality racing. Following on from Freddy's night one victory, he managed to bring home a 2nd place on night two! 💚 Thanks for all the support we received over the weekend, and for the family for travelling down to Albany with us, we really appreciate it. Massive thanks to Craig and Global Testing Services, Martin and Pilbra Mitsubishi, and the team at RACIN.

Thanks to Albany Speedway Club for giving us a fantastic track all weekend, and Jason at Dirt Track Nutters for the awesome pics and footage. Now it's time for a bit of R&R and family time before our final round back at Motorplex on the 22nd.
