Been real quite on here lately, lots going on in the back round though.
We have moved into toowoomba at 57 brook street, bigger shop and some new equipment we havnt shared as of yet.
Over the past 2 and abit years we have been acquiring machine shop equipment, we have currently got the means to perform almost all maching operations in house.
These machines include:
-diamond equipped cylinder hone with profilometer and trace boss software for bore finish reports.
-1.75 to 5.5" cylinder boring machine
-2 decking and facing machines with cbn, pcd, super cbn and surface grinding capabilities.
-serdi 5.0 cnc assist valve seat machine, diamond guide hone ect
-comec rv516 centreless valve facing machine
-sunnen rod hone/cap grinder
-dynamic ballancing machine capable of up to 1200mm long and 300kg shafts and assembly's
-general lathe and milling machines,
-We also have 2x camshaft grinders in house now along with a large and growing collection of profiles.
Ontop of this we have a 1.4m basket hot spray cabinet
A 350l ultrasonic cleaner.
And a large bead blasting cabinet.
Ontop of that this month we took ownership of our mainline hub dyno. And fitted it up in our dyno booth. This replaced our dyno dynamics roller dyno we previously had that had yet to make it to social media 🤣
We can now offer tuning of a wide range of vehicles including deisel, and aftermarket or oem ecu petrol tuning. Dry higher and develop with in house maching/cams is avalible with booking avalible from next week.
