A little deep dive into the winches we fit here at CTO. 🪝🔥

We mainly fit the Carbon Scout Pro 15,000lb winch — a serious bit of recovery gear for our American truck builds.

But there’s more to a proper winch install than just bolting it into the bar. From getting the fitment right to making sure the wiring is neat, secure and properly connected, it’s the finer details that make the difference.

In this video, we take a closer look at the Carbon winch we use, its features, and a few of the tricks we use in the workshop to get the installation right.

Because when you need your winch, you want to know it’s been fitted properly and is ready to do its job.
