Hi all! Here we had a Log Grapple that was in dire need of some repairs. New Ear piece was profile cut and fitted. New bosses machined with bevel cut and machined to fit pipe for setting/jigging in position pre welding. Strengthening gussets profile cut and fitted as beak was cracking due to twisting. Unit was then line bored and new hardened bushes fitted. New pins and end plates fabricated. Last pic is of Grapple painted and assembled.
