Paint day!!
We had to choose a slightly different orange due to paint supplies.
Now it is the well known General lee Dodge Charger Hemi orange.
You won't miss this beast coming down the road!
Doors are freshly sprayed and cab tomorow. I am beyond excited to get this project finished and assembled.

This old 75 series came in for an aircon fitout with nothing but a compressor bracket.
After sourcing some neccessary parts, A new genuine evaporator core was fitted and refoamed all the units under the dash.
Fitted new condensor, tx, drier.
Machined a mount and idler pulley to suit the new compressor setup.
Made all the hoses to suit.
We can now offer burgaflex A/C hoses for your build.
All in all this old workhorse now has a Fully new A/C system and will work for many years to come.

79 series in last week for a big fitout.
This one got a dual battery system with a Renogy 100ah lithum battery to run the dometic and 15l bushman center console fridge.
Renogy smart shunt to monitor the state of charge of the lithium battery.
Electric antenna custom wired up with full up/ down controls after the manual antenna got snapped off by a galah.
Pioneer 9" head unit with door pods and kicker speakers
Full central locking kit
Roof console with interior lights
The cruiser company center console with wireless charging

Progress is being made on the new dual cab 105, with the first coat of primer now applied. The next steps will involve filler and sanding before the body goes to paint in April.
This time i have chose to use an early 79 series bonnet scoop grafted in with all internal bracing from the 79 series fitted to the 105 bonnet.
A Fabwitz 5-inch stainless snorkel, powder-coated in gloss black, has also been selected for this build.
