Emick Diesel Repairs was recently tasked with repairing this Apollo tractor that had lost all hydraulics. It was simply a matter of tracing the hydraulic system to find the pump had no output, after disassembly it was evident the pump had excessive wear due to contamination.

A new, genuine pump was fitted. The system was cleaned out, oil changed and new filter fitted which soon had the tractor hydraulics back to working order.

By fitting an upgraded fuel water separator filter and improving the fuel flow into the filter, all blockages in this area can be eliminated. Breakdown support! When your machine goes down, you need someone to answer the phone and give real solutions. This excavator dropped a track in an awkward spot, Advice was given over the phone to ensure the operator and machine were safe.
I was on site as soon as possible to check over the undercarriage and put the track back on, delivering the best possible outcome for a valued customer!

Emick diesel repairs was recently tasked with refurbishing this Connor Shea linkage seeder and sending it back to work for the upcoming season. This old seeder will be getting stuck right into its work now all seed drop tubes have been replaced, Lucerne points fitted and all the seed drop mechanisms were cleaned up and re-greased!

This old Massey has been given its marching orders to get out of the shed and get back to work. It’s taken a whole lot of to get it running, and stopping the way it should but it’s finally back on its wheels! Once the seeder gets a few finishing touches I’m told it will be ripping barley into the ground come planting season!
