From Laurence Campbell-Rogers:
Sunday the 30th August we will be supporting a ‘morning-after’ party for Dubbo Motorfest

From 8:00am to about midday, bring your classic back to the Dubbo Showgrounds to mix it up on the lawn with some of the Elite showcars being brought out of the shed into the sunshine - a great way to really see the high-dollar paintwork really pop!

Vehicle entry from the main Wingewarra Street gate, as per regular entrant vehicles on Saturday to Motorfest.

Food and drinks will be available thanks to Village Bakehouse

There is also a lunch run out to the Dubbo Rhino Lodge at 14L Camp Road Dubbo for those that want to wish to come along.

Or, after taking in the Sunday morning gathering, why not head over to Bodangora Airstrip to see the Dragfest action put on by Dubbo City Car Club?

We will also have the regularly-scheduled Dubbo Classic Cars and Coffee the following Sunday 6th September in Victoria Park, so you get two Cars and Coffee-style events in a fortnight!

We look forward to seeing you!

If you are an organiser of a local community group or charity and would like us to consider you for our next donation, please get in contact with me and we can look at having you attend a committee meeting to discuss further.

Today marks 10 years of Dubbo Classic Cars and Coffee on Facebook.

To think this all started with Owen De Carle organising a few cars to turn up at Hannaford Tyres to the large community we have now with a regular turnout of 150+ cars, bikes and vintage trucks and thousands of spectators!

It is great to see the continued variety of vehicles being put back onto the road and attending our event which absolutely helps keep it all fresh!

We are proud to be able to raise funds for local organisations to directly assist those in our community.

If anyone has some photos of the first C&C events in 2016, feel free to put them into the comments!

Thank you all for helping keep this community strong and promoting positive car culture in our city!

Yesterday DAAC members drove about 90km to a sheep property out of Wellington.
It had the most enormous shearing shed and an old original shed which was once for shearer’s accommodation. There were some wonderful old artefacts on display.
