Modern German vehicles increasingly store their service history digitally — and servicing outside the dealership doesn’t mean that history has to stop.

We have access to manufacturer portals, allowing us to maintain your vehicle’s digital service history when servicing your BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and other German vehicles.

Only 150,000 km—and this is how much carbon had accumulated.

This 2007 Audi RS4 recently visited Limited Automotive for a comprehensive intake carbon clean and walnut blast.

Its high-revving V8 uses direct fuel injection. Because fuel is injected directly into the cylinders, it doesn’t wash over the intake valves. Over time, substantial carbon deposits can develop and begin restricting airflow into the engine.

We removed the intake manifold and cleaned each intake port and valve using specialised walnut-blasting equipment, carefully removing the hardened deposits you can see in the before photos.

Depending on the vehicle and severity of the buildup, carbon cleaning may help restore smoother power delivery, improved throttle response, more consistent idle quality and performance that has gradually been lost.

This isn’t a chemical added to the fuel tank. It’s a thorough, hands-on mechanical cleaning process performed directly at the intake valves.

We’re a specialist workshop working exclusively on German vehicles, and we’re looking for a capable technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in doing high-quality work, and wants to keep building their diagnostic skills.

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Automotive Electrical Technology
Trade completed through an apprenticeship with solid hands-on experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently
Self-motivated and able to take ownership of your work
Someone who works well as part of a small team
Keen to keep learning and expand their technical knowledge
High standards. If something isn’t right, you fix it properly
Experience with German vehicles is a strong advantage

What You’ll Do

General servicing and repairs on German vehicles
Diagnostic fault-finding
Vehicle programming
Work independently through jobs from start to finish
Communicate clearly with the rest of the team when something needs attention
Deliver consistently high-quality work

Who do you trust with your car?
