💥The builders want to start this week!💥
"I'll come check access today and we can squeeze it in tomorrow"
Got a call earlier on this week saying the builder was hoping to start works a little earlier than originally planned which happens now and again as every trade is always juggling jobs working in and around each other.
Walked the excavator and rock breaker down the garden path and through the gate, then removed all the concrete out the same way, with never anymore than 800mm of access.
Stairs, path, and ramp, were loaded on the truck and taken away. We were cleaned up and gone before the client was home from work
