This set of tyres started their lives as bitumen slicks which were well used when we inherited them and my clever brother has now turned them into a set of awesome dirt kart tyres for the kids.

I'm not sure if he has Aspergers or just a perfectionist, or maybe both, but as you can see he does a fantastic job so if there are any race teams out there who want to breath new life into old tyres to stretch their budget a bit further Rubber will happily groove your tyres to your specifications for a very reasonable price.

Both karts are now ready to go but unfortunately tomorrow's meet has been canned due to the weather so the kids will be running next weekend.

Good day at Gingin today. We think we have finally eliminated our carby gremlins and both karts ran really well (once Sophie's overcame her flooding problem by dad pushing her round the track!).

Last meeting for the season at Motorplex last night. Things didnt quite go to plan, had great car speed and then this happened. Car doesn't look the best but nothing that can't be fixed. Would like to say a huge thank you to Chris and all our sponsors and crew for the year and look forward to 2018

Had a great time and weekend racing last week.
Car was good in the feature apart from some running issues that held us up it's was overall good.
And of course running her along the wall didn't help.

Can't wait for F1 this weekend and back to the plex for the grand final show and onto Margret river at Easter.
Big thanks to the team and sponsors that make it all happen.
And all the crew Joshie, Liam, Ryan, Stefano and Jake.
Especially big kiss and cuddle to Chris and Dean for there weekends efforts. Love your work. Can't race without you guys.

The youngest LASH team members headed to Gingin today for a run. Things didn't start off all that well with Josh's kart losing brakes after the master cylinder failed so it was parked back in the trailer. Sophs' kart fired up and ran like a swiss watch yesterday but refused to fire this morning with carby issues. A quick carby change from Joshs' to Sophs' engine solved the problem. This resulted in them having to share Sophs kart but both kids raced really well and had a great time. The crew chief (dad) was busted big time after Josh lost a wheel but luckily no damage was done and we lived to race another round.
