ZD PATROL 🔥

This Patrol came in needing a bit more life brought back into it, so we set it up with a custom tune package to make it far nicer to drive both on and off the road.

✅ Custom ECU Remap
✅ Hardcut Limiter
✅ Tillix Valve Installed
✅ Boost Capped at 19psi

The ZD Patrols are a heavy old bus in factory form and can feel pretty lazy, but with a few supporting mods and the right calibration they really wake up and become a much nicer vehicle to drive. 👌

2017 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 70 Series in the shop for a full turbo-back exhaust and custom tune package 🔥

This setup responded incredibly well, and keeping the stock wheels definitely helped achieve the final power figures.

Results:
✅ 90+ HP gain
✅ 370NM torque gain

RG COLORADO SORTED 👌

This one came to us after ongoing engine light issues and constant DPF regens. After carrying out diagnostics we found the factory intercooler had split, causing low boost and poor performance.

We carried out:
✅ New intercooler fitted
✅ Turbo back exhaust system
✅ Custom ECU remap

The Colorado is now driving how it should with improved boost control, better power delivery and no more constant regen issues.

One of our good customers brought his new-to-him work ute in for a full check over and a few upgrades to make sure it was running spot on and ready for daily duties. 👌

Work carried out included:

✔️ Full vehicle inspection
✔️ Full service with all filters replaced
✔️ Custom compliant ECU tune
✔️ TCU tune
✔️ New fuel filter primer assembly fitted
✔️ 18.5:1 Air fuel ratio

The 1GD Hilux responds great to tuning, giving smoother power delivery, improved drivability and a much nicer transmission feel on the road. 😮‍💨

260HP 1KD HILUX 🔥

This customer retuned after we previously tuned a different 1kd for him.

Running an F55 turbo and a set of +60 injectors we supplied and fitted, this setup had plenty of potential.

During pre-dyno checks we found the auto transmission wasn’t in the best shape — metal through the fluid and signs it’s on its way out. We carried out a valve body upgrade supplied by the customer and full trans flush just to get it safe enough for testing.

Even with that holding it back… it still managed a strong 260HP and 700+Nm at the wheels 💪

There’s definitely more left in it once the transmission is sorted, so we’ve recommended a rebuild or replacement to handle the power properly and unlock the next level.

Good result for now and shows what the combo is capable of 👌

This one came in for a freshen up and tune.

We fitted up:

✔️ Brand new genuine injectors
✔️ 3” turbo back exhaust
✔️ Intake had been cleaned prior to arrival
✔️ Hard cut limiter

With everything sorted, it was straight onto the dyno for a full custom ECU calibration.

The results speak for themselves — over 70HP gained and torque essentially doubled.

Drives like a completely different vehicle now, smooth power delivery and plenty of usable torque where it counts.

PRE-DPF DUAL MAPPER 🔥

This 70 Series LandCruiser came in for a custom tune, already fitted with a heavy-duty clutch and 3-inch exhaust.

Unfortunately, the clutch (unknown brand) just wasn’t up to the task and couldn’t hold the early torque. We dialled the tune in as best we could on the dyno, but there was noticeable slip early in the run.

On the road, it was even more obvious — slipping in both tow and power modes.

Customer is getting a new clutch fitted, and once it’s sorted we’ll get it back on the rollers for a final run to make sure everything is spot on 👌
