PRE-DPF | CUSTOM DYNO TUNE

This one was a straightforward setup.

The customer arrived with:

Upgraded clutch kit
3-inch exhaust system
17.5:1 Air fuel ratio

All that was left was a custom dyno tune to bring it to life.

Smooth power delivery, stronger torque, and a much nicer vehicle to drive.

DUAL TUNE CRUISER ON STOCK SQUIRTERS

This one was a journey to get through.

This vehicle came to us for a turbo upgrade and an intake clean to get it back up to scratch.

After fitting the new UFI330 and carrying out the intake clean, we got it next door onto the dyno to start dialing in the tune.

We loaded a base file and straight away knew something wasn’t right. It was only making 240hp and wasn’t hitting our target air-fuel ratio.

A quick look through the logs showed rail pressure was well under target. We started fault finding by running a separate fuel supply to the pump, ruled out the rail pressure valve, and carried out a few more checks.

In the end we pulled the common rail pump apart, and there it was – a broken fuel plunger.

New pump in and we were back on the rollers. Straight away it delivered exactly what we were after and rail pressure was spot on. With a few tweaks and revisions to dial the tune in, we made the exact power and torque figures we were chasing.

We supplied and fitted an upgraded single-mass flywheel conversion and heavy-duty clutch kit, then finished it off with a custom ECU tune.

2017 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER MANUAL

This one came in looking for some extra performance and drivability.

We carried out:

These vehicles are very underwhelming from the factory, but with a few carefully selected modifications and a quality custom tune, they can be transformed into an awesome vehicle to drive.

A couple of Rangers we recently sorted out for two good mates.

Both vehicles had recently undergone major engine work, with one receiving a full rebuild and the other an engine replacement.

Despite the different engine setups, both had very similar modifications and achieved comparable results.

Mods fitted before arrival:

✅ 3” Turbo-back exhaust system
✅ Hard pipe induction upgrade

Work carried out:

✅ Custom ECU tune
✅ Hardcut limiter

Both are now driving much nicer, with improved throttle response, stronger mid-range power, and smoother overall performance.

GEN 2 TOYOTA HILUX 1GD AUTO

This one came in looking for a turbo-back exhaust system along with a custom ECU and TCU tune.

Mods carried out:
✅ Custom ECU tune
✅ Custom TCU tune
✅ Hardcut limiter
✅ Turbo-back exhaust system

This Hilux already had a tune installed when it arrived. With some careful adjustments and refinement, we were able to extract additional power and torque while maintaining the same boost pressure and a clean air-fuel ratio.

Another vehicle wrapped up and back with the customer, driving the way it should have from the factory.
