The Customer Service Representative/Console Operator role is responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, in a complex and fast paced retail environment, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE :
- Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Promote loyalty programs and promotions to customers
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product and services
- Complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale
- Prepare delicious coffees using barista equipment
- Serve Food to customers
GENERAL :
- Complete cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, spray/wiping, dusting, sanitising, picking up rubbish from floor, refilling bathroom products, moving waste to site rubbish bins
MERCHANDISE :
- Replenish shop stock in accordance with store operational procedures
- Complete stock delivery activities in accordance with store operational and safety procedures
