🏁 THE NEW SEASON IS APPROACHING — AND OUR PLANS HAVE CHANGED 🏁
With a brand-new concrete racing surface at the perth motorplex ready to go, our original plan was to bring the ute out this season and compete in Super Street.
However, we have decided to expand our program by bringing the Supercharged Outlaws dragster out of the trailer and beginning the tear-down of its 340 Chrysler small-block engine.
Our plan is to refreshen the 340, thoroughly inspect and prepare all components, and explore the installation of a transbrake and two-step system to improve the car’s launch performance.
And let's be honest… there are a few old mates out there I'd love to line up against. There might even be a few people I'd like to beat up on the track and slap around a bit with the 340! 😂🏁 Nothing personal — just a bit of friendly racing rivalry!
As we finalise sponsorship arrangements for the upcoming season, we saw an opportunity to provide LRE Motorsports with additional exposure by competing in two classes.
Our current plan is:
Racing DOUBLE DUTY
🏎️ Turbo LS1 Ute — Super Street
💥 Supercharged 340 Chrysler Dragster — Supercharged Outlaws
And that's not all…
Later in the season, we'll also be bringing out our burnout car for a play. 🔥💨
So potentially three cars hitting the track throughout the season, giving our sponsors plenty of opportunities to get their names out there!
Two classes, multiple cars, plenty of racing and double the exposure for our sponsors. 😉
