What a night for the Tweed! 🎉

Members of the Tweed Chamber board were proud to attend last night's Northern Rivers Regional Business Awards to cheer on our incredible Tweed finalists. The calibre of businesses and people from our region was on full display, and we couldn't be prouder of the results.

🏆 A huge congratulations to Valley e-Bikes, Winner of Excellence in Sustainable Tourism! Valley e-Bikes was also Highly Commended in Outstanding Visitor Experience and Excellence in Micro Business. What an effort!

Last night we attended the Tweed Business Awards where we took out the category for Excellence in Trade.
We’re super proud of the award based on our efforts.
I’ve been lucky to be surrounded, supported and guided by awesome people from 2019 when we started in business. Without their help this would never have happened.
The Tweed Shire as a whole is a great place to be.
Thank you to our rock star team Mel, Codey, Jarrod, Kyle and Brody. You guys have earnt this!
Thank you to Andre who came out of retirement for the evenings events too.
And lastly, thank you to my wife Tracy who has been on this bumpy ride with me from the beginning.

We were notified last week that Chinderah Motors are finalists in the 2026 Tweed Business Awards under the category of Excellence in Trade, Construction & Manufacturing.
Thank you to all, who played a part in getting us there, it’s definitely a team effort and we’re all grateful to have made it this far.
Just have to wait till the 26th of June now.

We are closed today.
Whenever there is a 3 day weekend due to a public holiday we shut up the shop for an aligning 4th.
It helps with staff morale and gives them a well deserved break.
Sorry for any inconvenience, we’ll be back on deck as of Tuesday.
