Diesel Mazda, coming up with an oil pressureoitside of parameters fault code.

We found an injector seal leaking diesel fuel into the oil system thinning out the oil causing an oil pressure drop

See the top injector in the picture below with the carbon build up around the injector comparing to the ones below

New injector seals, fresh oil and oil filter and off this customer went.

Been slacking and haven’t posted for awhile so here’s an update of what’s been happening lately

Had a 120 series diesel prado that was stalling intermittently. After some diag work we removed the suction control valve in the injector pump and inspected. We found excessive build up in channels and scoring on the plunger and cylinder wall.

Replaced the suction control valve and issue is no longer present 🤙🏼

Forgot to record a before video🤦‍♂️

This VZ commodore had a miss fire…

After some diagnostic work we found that the injector driver in the Engine control module had failed causing injector 4 not to fire.

As a fix we installed a new (rebuilt) Engine control module, programmed the computer and linked the anti theft to the computer.

Now the car is running like a dream 🙌

Had a Hyundai I30 with a no start, found it had no fuel pressure. Found a dodgy connection at the fuel pump plug but while we were there notice there was a fuel leak and identified a hairline crack on the fuel pump output line to the engine

Out with the old and in with the new. Customer was stranded with a dead alternator which resulted In draining the batter...

Customer was stranded with a dead alternator which resulted In draining the battery to 0
Went out confirmed the fault, fitted and new alternator, checked charge rate and they were on their way again

Had a customer today that has a converted van into a camper.
all her electrical components stopped working..
we were able to go out, isolate the issue to some wires shorting out and the housing was damaged on the 12v socket.
Due to the time in the arvo parts stores were closed so we insulated the wiring, replaced the fuse so there was power for the night and will complete the repair tomorrow🤙🏼
