"Scania feels more like a second home than a job."

After more than 40 years with Scania, Nick Kassinidis has seen the business evolve, but one thing has never changed. His passion for the people, the product and helping customers.

Based at Scania's National Parts Warehouse in Campbellfield, Nick is a Senior Parts Co-ordinator, supporting the network with everything from parts enquiries and logistics to problem solving and training colleagues across Australia.

Having started as a purchasing officer when Scania trucks were still assembled locally, Nick has worked across finance, Scania Assistance, systems, analysis and aftersales before finding his home in parts. Over the years, he has seen the business grow immensely and worked alongside generations of colleagues.

What has kept him here for four decades?

"The people I work with, and Scania's product and culture are the glue that have kept me here for more than 40 years."

Today, Nick's experience is one of the team's greatest strengths, helping customers find solutions while passing on decades of knowledge to the next generation.

For Nick, Scania has never just been a workplace.

"Scania is like a family to me."

Strong partnerships are built on understanding.

For Finmec, operating one of the Pilbara's largest Scania rental fleets means opportunities can arise quickly—and having the confidence to act just as fast.

Working closely with Scania Finance Australia, Finmec has established a funding facility that allows the business to respond to new projects with confidence, knowing the right equipment can be put to work when it's needed.

For owner Daniel Finch, the difference has been working with a team that understands both the equipment and the realities of running a business in one of Australia's most demanding industries.

It's this solution-focused approach—combining competitive finance with genuine relationships and an understanding of our customers' operations—that helps businesses keep moving forward.

When finance is backed by people who understand your business, it's more than funding. It's a partnership.

In regional Australia, every farm, every field, and every drop of water matters — not just for crops, but for the communities that depend on them. 🌾💧

This Scania industrial engine is powering an irrigation system that keeps cotton fields flowing efficiently, supporting the farmers, operators, and regional towns that make these areas thrive.

From small towns to big harvests, Scania engines help sustain local jobs, families, and communities — because agriculture doesn’t just grow crops, it grows the backbone of Australia.

Built for reliability. Built for the people who keep regional Australia moving.

More than a fire truck. A powerful vehicle for a purpose.

Frontline Fire & Rescue’s striking Pink Fire Truck is turning heads for all the right reasons — bringing people together, starting conversations and helping raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research.

Built for Hancock Iron Ore, this unique appliance demonstrates what can happen when industry, employees, suppliers, customers and the wider community rally behind a meaningful cause.

Through the Pink for a Purpose fundraiser, Frontline Fire & Rescue has helped put an important message front and centre: supporting breast cancer research is something we can all play a part in.

Congratulations to the Frontline Fire & Rescue team, Hancock Iron Ore, the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Maria Dunn, Antonio Sorgiovanni and everyone who contributed their time, energy and generosity to make the initiative a success.
