🔧 Another machine ready to get back to work! 🚜

We recently made the trip out to Bauhinia to complete a scheduled service on this Volvo L70E loader.

The machine is now up to date with its service, and while carrying out our inspections we identified a few items that will need some attention. We’ll be heading back out to complete those repairs and ensure it’s running reliably for our customer.

This trip was a little different too—I had some extra hands helping me out! It’s always nice having the wife along for the ride. 😊

Our customers Komatsu dozer that we did a cylinder #4 sleeve replacement on. Sounding very good after its repair.

Last week, we were out helping a customer get their dozer back up and running.

A few weeks earlier, the customer contacted us after noticing coolant was getting into the engine oil. We travelled out to the machine in the paddock to investigate and found that cylinder #4 had a hole in the liner, allowing coolant to enter the engine.

After carrying out the necessary repairs, we got everything sorted and running smoothly again, allowing the customer to get back to work with confidence.

Another job knocked over by our amazing mechanic, Nathan 👨‍🔧🔧

A local business, Elite Repairs, was off the road and out of action due to contaminated fuel - meaning they couldn’t get out to service Queensland news agencies.
