This week, we had two beautiful examples through the workshop:
🇩🇪 2021 Volkswagen Golf Mk8 GTI — 2.0L EA888
🇩🇪 2025 Volkswagen Amarok — 3.0L V6 TDI
No hardware upgrades were required—just our MCTA Stage 1 ECU remapping software.
The Golf GTI achieved impressive gains while remaining safely within the capabilities of its factory engine and supporting components:
Stock: 180kW | 370Nm
MCTA Stage 1: 220kW | 486Nm
Gain: +40kW | +116Nm
The Amarok’s owner came to us concerned about the frustrating delay when pulling into intersections and entering roundabouts.
After installing our software, we took him for a drive and let him experience the difference firsthand. The smile on his face said it all—the delay was gone, with strong, immediate response delivered from the moment he touched the accelerator. 👌🏻
We also reversed the factory start/stop operation through the ECU software. The system now remains disabled whenever the vehicle is started and can be switched back on manually using the start/stop button.
