From scanning, to design, to modelling, proto-typing and production, we can do it all.
Customer requested a step for their dual wheel VW van, because as you can see in the pic's, there isn't room to stand on the edge when you need to get something from the rack on the roof. The edge has no support, and the plastic bumper just splits waiting for an accident.
We designed an integrated support utilising factory tow bar mounting in Fusion, and cut these out on the cnc plasma, and they come out perfect.
Sleek, simple design, but strong enough for a big, sexy man with a Dad bod to bounce all over them (I had to wait, to flag someone down to trial this) without an issue.
We decided to finished these steps, in black textured powder coat for maximum grip, and to match the matte black wrap of the van.

Had a bit of a play today with a great bunch of friends.
I really wish the camera does this more justice, but, if you know, you know.

A super clean 80 Series deserves a super tough set of Rock Sliders to prevent any damage on tracks they were built to drive.
This customer chose a tread style base, and also opted for the harder wearing and grippy textured powder coat option, which is our favourite too.
Theres nothing worse than getting in or out and your foot slips from muddy or wet steps, so we think this is a no brainer.
Can’t wait to see these sliders being tested out on the tracks they were built for.

Some custom brush bars made for this touring Mitsubishi Pajero, ready for its trip to Cape York.
Made with our in house machined pipe joiners, to transition from Alloy bullbar, to the steel brush bars, to keep the panels from damage.

A couple more jobs we do here if you didn’t know.
A customer has a custom turbo’d vehicle and wanted us to skim the cylinder head during a freshen up, which we gladly did.
We then also went a step further and 3d scanned the head, after coating it in engineers ink to reduce the reflection for scanning, and designed a custom head gasket for him in Fusion. We will send this off to be laser cut and that will help lower the compression with a thicker head gasket able to be made for his build.

Some nice rock sliders finished to the customer specs last week.
Little rear kick out adds to the look, as well as more protection to the rear flare from rocks being flicked up from the front tyres.
Customer went for a flat plate infill panels with dimple die look, and all powder coated in satin black.
Hope to get some finished pics from him once they are installed.

Set of roof sliders made for an 80 series Landcruiser, to protect the roof gutter edges whilst leaning near trees.... ask me how i know... lol,
This project also allowed me to do some machining, as you can see. To clamp the sliders to the gutters, I made an aluminium version first as it is easier to work with, I then transferred the shape across to some solid bar on the edge, and let the Huron milling machine do it's thing. Once the bottom die was made, did the same for the top die, and now i can press these little clamp fittings in the shop press, so they are all consistent, in 3mm steel plate.
Happy with how they turned out.
