More ZZ Clutch and Flywheel content, weighed a bunch of standard components and the new combo's I've created for the Uniclutch. The Uniclutch itself is very heavy compared to a standard pressure plate and disc, combined with the new 2.7kg flyhweel, it comes in just over 900g lighter than a stock clutch/flywheel which should be quite nice to drive on the street.

With some expected track abuse coming the way of the Uniclutch setup, I wanted to remove the Uniclutch adapter ring from the equation as the weakest link in the combo. To achieve this I reverse engineered the stock 2zzge and 1zzfe flywheels and have designed uniclutch-specific units that will handle the abuse, and negate the weight increase of the Uniclutch over a stock pressure plate and disc. A small production run will follow once real-world testing is complete and confirmation that these are not too-light for the street. Price is expected to be slightly less than a 2zzge Fidanza flywheel.

I designed and had a batch of very tight radius 3" turbo exhaust elbows with integrated v-band fl**ge SLM printed in 316 stainless. Due to the print orientation there was a small amount of post-processing required for a perfectly true fl**ge face. A holder was printed in PLA to allow for quick setup in the lathe to cut the fl**ge face. These are designed for the G25 series v-band turbine housing outlets.
