Jzx90 in and out this week 🔥

Full hot side setup , adapt to exhaust , reconstruct cooler pipes to squeeze down past fans & power-steering, mod water pipes for sensors etc etc etc …..

Plumb up all fluids, fuel lines and assemble everything ready to head straight to wiring & tune.

Crazy busy week but got there at the very last minute!

Rest & recover before next week 😴

MANNNN lead up to QR Drift Matsuri this year has been a wild one!
Over the last few weeks iv been flat out doing what feels like a million big, little and completely random jobs. 😴
Everything from electrical, mechanical, fabrication , paint, suspension even some carpentry!!
But all jobs are done ready for the weekend ahead , unfortunately some are off to a rocky start but no doubt it will all be worth it.
I hope everyone has a good matsuri , I might even see you out there. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Had a heap of jobs all come together at the last minute this week and this was one of them.

S13JZ finished up , 😴😴
Whole new rear end fitted up with the last piece of the puzzle going in this morning … the GTR axles!
Back on the ground for a quick test.
Rebuilt the 2 way and got it functional again
New oils all round
Bit of work got done in the Haltech R3 with a couple of features added to make the car unmissable 🔥

A set of our ally door cards and race car door handles also fitted up to complete the sheet metal interior 👌

Finally, up front a bash bar addition and jack point to fill the front end out.

Huge amount of hours gone into it over the last couple of weeks , can’t wait to see it shredding at matsuri. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Pretty confident my little jack point will work better than the intercooler mount 🤌🏼

Using the front bash bar wasn’t going to work well enough so I added this to the lower rad support for an easier and more stable option.

S13 back on the ground. ! 3.5” side pipe squeezed out between the subframe and chassis rail. Notched the sill and rebuil...

3.5” side pipe squeezed out between the subframe and chassis rail. Notched the sill and rebuilt it to keep it nice and high

R33 rear subframe , all solid bushes, bracing kit, ball joints , hicas delete, r200 4.11 with 2 way re-installed and setup.

Remote oil filler , diff oil temp sensor and relocated breather all fitted up
Simply drop oil out the bottom and fill oil from inside the boot. Quick and easy 👍🏼👍🏼

Huge amount of work to get to this point , just waiting on the GTR axles and she’s good to go.

🔥 V2 DOOR HANDLES

We quietly added our new V2 door handles to the website… and they sold out within a couple of days before we even got around to announcing them 😂

So we’ve got another batch underway and pre-orders are now open.

Our V2 handles are laser cut from stainless steel, polished and supplied as a pair with cables and hardware.

Designed to work with our aluminium door cards, but can also be adapted to suit most factory door latch setups.

If you missed the first lot, you can lock in a set from the next batch now.

Super busy week with several jobs going on at once. 🥴

While waiting in the last parts for the GTR rear end upgrade I managed to sheet metal the rear end interior of the s13 to help seal it up nice and tight.

R33 subframe conversion prepped , all new solid bushes, ball joints, hubs and bearings and a fresh R200 case

Next week will be full on with assembly and getting it all stitched up.
