Performing a Pre-Purchase machinery inspection for an interstate customer who was looking for a thorough inspection & defect report. Our team liaised with the sellers and the buyers, carried out the inspection including mechanical checks aswell as OEM fault code downloads from each control module which picked up a few expensive repairs required including and injector issue. Which arms the buyer with the information they need to make an informed decision on their possible purchase. 🧐

After a cooling system failure which resulted in overheating the engine on a customers Manitou with current lead time for equipment it was decided with our customer the best option was to retrofit a new engine with some modifications required.

The engine was fitted, air conditioning system put back into service after some extensive system repairs , electrical modifications to adapt from the old engine sensors & harness to the new one the machine is back up and running like a dream!
