It’s been a busy busy 6 weeks here trying to get everyone’s motors serviced, repaired and built for the coming season, LS and wingless!

We also do a lot of street and strip engines and hose maintenance as well, so we are a very very time poor shop!

This is a quick one for wingless guys who don’t like to CRC or WD40 their engines after use, just do it, please. It will thank you for it. Methonal is a very dry and harsh fuel, with little to no lubrication, marry that with your 7 year old paper air filter that lets in 40 cubic tonne of dirt per race, and you’ve got yourself an hour glass bore, a rusty cylinder head and a set of seats with 40% leak down.

We’ve been quiet on socials lately, as you could imagine with off season in full swing, guys are getting their programs updated and freshened, resulting in a very busy schedule! This week has been LS nation, we have 6 in the shop at the moment! Small repairs, big changes and a bit of R&D!

Had a ct525 we did a freshen on, small changes and a few tricks, on the dyno yesterday to get run in and some very impressive numbers! Had another getting some head repairs and some valves replaced, as well as a spring and retainer package to maximise valve train stability!

A big couple weeks coming up with more motors being dropped off, more cars needing plumbing, and more dyno!

Monday madness in full swing! We put the final touches this morning on another JM23 full top to bottom new build for one of our best mates in the class! Have been trying to snake my way in to his program for quite some time, finally allowed me to build him one!

A lot of time and effort has gone into the 1% that puts our motors infront of the rest, from matching plumbing to car colours, and meticulously making sure every T was crossed.

Can’t wait to see this thing inbetween some down tubes!

A set of cylinder heads we are getting sorted for a LS build, stainless valves, measuring all our heights to obtain our open and closed pressure we are chasing!

The characteristics of a valve spring and camshaft combo is huge for power, reliability and longevity! Do the job correctly
