🏆 INDUSTRY HERO. TRAILBLAZER.

Last week at the Caravan Industry Association of Australia’s National Conference, our dad — Dave Benson — was named an Industry Hero: Trailblazer.

And honestly? It couldn’t be more deserved.

Dave has been part of this industry since 1983. He established Dave Benson Caravans in 1994, built Explorer Caravan Sales into a family business in SA, served 10 years on the SA Board including five as President, was inaugural Secretary of the National Board, and is a Life Member of the Caravan & Camping Industry of South Australia.

That’s not a career. That’s a calling.

When asked about the award, Dad put it perfectly:

“These kinds of awards don’t come from anything other than the hard work and support of those around you. A special thank you to my family — and in particular Tania, who has been on this journey with me every step of the way, and whose contribution to everything we’ve built should be equally recognised.”

Mum — you’re just as much a part of this as he is. 💛

Josh, Tom and Daniel are so incredibly proud of you both. This one means everything. 🙌
