ZICA AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES is expanding! We are looking for skilled, passionate, and experienced automotive industry professionals to join our fast-growing team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
1. German & American Vehicle Mechanic
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: AED 2800 – AED 3200
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair German and American vehicles
Use of advanced computer scanning tools for fault diagnosis
Perform regular maintenance, engine repair, and system troubleshooting
Maintain service records and follow workshop safety protocols
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with German and American brands
Strong computer diagnostic and electronic troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good understanding of engine, transmission, and suspension systems
2. Vehicle Denter (Body Technician)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: AED 2500 – AED 3000
Key Responsibilities:
Perform denting, panel beating, and full-body repairs
Skilled in chassis work and alignment
Expert in aluminium welding and body frame straightening
Follow safety procedures and ensure high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
Expertise in both structural and cosmetic denting
Experience in working with a variety of metals, including aluminium
Ability to use dent-pulling tools, welding machines, and measuring systems
Team player with attention to detail
3. Vehicle Painter (High-End Vehicles Specialist)
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: AED 2800 – AED 3200
Key Responsibilities:
Paint preparation and refinishing for luxury and high-end vehicles
Precise paint mixing, including correct hardener and lacquer ratios
Colour matching with existing finishes
Perform smart painting, blending at joints and minimal disassembly
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of premium painting materials and techniques
Excellent skills in blending and surface finishing
Must have a good eye for colour tones and matching
Prior experience with brands like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc., is preferred
